The new buzz around town is the underground foodie (that's David) and Carol are expanding the classes that are offered. Food is still the main theme but classes also include: Artisan bread baking, Home coffee roasting, Pottery classes for kids, Wood fired earth oven building, Wood fired earth oven pizzas, Studio photographic portraiture,  & Introduction to throwing on the potters wheel,.
